Information we work with
To deliver revenue, operations, IT and digital services we may need access to practice information such as billing records, remittance statements, workflow documents and brand assets. We request only the information required for the agreed scope of work.
Confidential handling
Practice information is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose it was supplied. Documents are handled through controlled channels and are not shared with third parties without the practice's instruction.
Patient-related information
Where patient-related information is unavoidable in claims and billing work, it is handled responsibly and is never published, reused for marketing or displayed in portfolio material. Case studies and examples are anonymised.
Data minimisation
We apply POPIA-conscious workflows and request the minimum information needed. We are not claiming any formal POPIA certification.
